SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Upon payment confirmation, your order will be processed and dispatched within two business days. You will receive email notification when your parcel has been sent. Should an item be unavailable, we will advise you of its expected return to stock.

NEW ZEALAND
• Complimentary shipping on orders $79.95 and above
• $10 flat rate on orders below $79.95

North Island non-rural deliveries typically arrive next business day. South Island standard delivery is usually 2 business days. Rural delivery schedules vary by region and cannot be guaranteed.

AUSTRALIA
Flat rate: $20

INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate: $30

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your destination country and are the purchaser's responsibility.

EU & UNITED KINGDOM
As the importer, you are liable for all VAT, customs duty, and handling charges. Your local postal authority will contact you regarding payment—parcels are generally held for approximately three weeks pending payment before return.

USA
We are not currently fulfilling orders to the United States.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING
Once your parcel departs New Zealand, tracking information is maintained by your domestic postal service. For delivery updates, attempted delivery notifications, or redelivery arrangements, please contact your local postal provider directly.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
• Transit damage must be reported within two working days
• Non-delivery claims: please contact us after 2 weeks (NZ/AU) or 4 weeks (international)
• Reference your order number in all correspondence

Proof of delivery provided by our courier serves as confirmation of receipt.
